PERSONALIZATION
We will personalize the invitation's text with your party details. Indicate all info in the form provided or in the “Special Instructions for Seller” box before you check out.
We need the following information to complete your order:
Name(s) in the Thank You Card and/or personalized text.
PROOFS & REVISIONS
We do not send proofs, but you can request text changes if needed. If no changes are needed, you may continue printing the emailed file. In case you gave us the wrong information, your order comes with a FREE one (1) round revision in text. This excludes any mistakes made by our shop. If you need an additional round to change the text, you must purchase a $4 Revision Fee that comes with two (2) rounds of revisions. Revisions to graphics, colors, and sizes are NOT included in your order.
There will be an additional fee for these changes since we do need to charge for our time to make the corrections. Please request a quote if you would like to further customize the design (e.g., size, font type, orientation, or layout). Email us at sales@jollyowldesigns.com
