How Does your Product Works?
All our products are in DIGITAL form. Our listed digital products are either:
- Ready-Made Design, With NO Personalization – these are the products you can easily download right after your purchase and sent to you via a Download Link.
- Ready-Made Design, With Personalization – these are the products that we personalize with your party details and then sent to you via email.
Kindly read our listing descriptions carefully to check if the item has a personalization option.
We also accept Custom-Made Designs. You may contact us for a quote and we'll be happy to assist you.

Where can I print huge backdrops? Do you have recommended print stores?
We have not used the following online print stores but most of our customers use them to print their huge backdrops. We are not affiliates of these stores.

The photo lab cannot print my invitation card due to the characters used? What to do?
Our digital product is only for one time PERSONAL USE. It is permitted to use the character images for one-time personal use only, but not all photo labs are aware of this. Simply try another photo lab or print at home.
You may also order online at our partner store -Prints Of Love. Our shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing. Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes! Please let us know if you decide to use Prints Of Love store. We will adjust the digital file size based on their guidelines. You can also USE A PRINTING KIOSK TO AVOID COPYRIGHT ISSUES. You can avoid such issues by using many store's printing kiosks located in their photo department. These are great because you can immediately print the cards and pay at the counter.
Please make sure to find a print store that will print our digital item before you purchase it.
We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over licensed characters; they belong to their respective copyright holders. You are only paying Jolly Owl for a creative service and the time spent designing the digital design.
There will be NO COPYRIGHT RELEASE from Jolly Owl Designs. Make sure the printing company you’ll be using doesn’t need this.
Strictly NO REFUND once the digital file is sent to you.

Can I have my invitations printed and mailed out to me?
We do not currently offer printing service.

What do I do if I downloaded my order in ZIP files?
You just have to unzip them before opening and printing, using a desktop computer or a laptop.
If you use a PC, to unzip right click on the downloaded ZIP file with your mouse and select "Extract All", "Extract Here" or "Extract Files". Mac users can simply double click to open.
ZIP files are NOT compatible with smartphones or tablets.

Returns and Refund?
Because of the nature of digital files, products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or sent to email.
We're happy to change anything that you may have missed, but we will not be held responsible for the money you paid for printing your cards. Please double, triple check (it sometimes helps to have someone else besides you look it over to catch mistakes).
We cannot be held responsible for lost e-mail. Some spam filters just won't let me through! If you haven't heard from me via e-mail within 24-48 hours, please email us at info@jollyowldesigns.com
Instant download items come as is, no changes or color swaps made after downloading.
