• 1 Digital File in PDF format. Sized 8.5” x 11” with 10 tags per page. The size of the tag once cut will be 2"x3.5"

We will personalize this design with your party details. Please provide your child’s Name and Age. Indicate this info in the “Special Instructions for Seller” box when you checkout.
Your order comes with personalization of one (1) name only. If you need an additional name ( e.g. For twin birthday, combined birthday), you must purchase a separate order for each name.
