We will personalize this design for you with your child’s Name and Age. Indicate this info in the “Special Instructions for Seller” box in your CART before you checkout.

Your order comes with the personalization of one (1) name and (1) age only. If you need an additional name ( e.g. For twin birthday, or combined birthday), you must purchase a separate order for each name.
